The ERO at the EUt+ Coordination Center at CUT, serves as the central contact point for CUT researchers on all research-related matters within the EUt+ Alliance. It works in close cooperation with the EROs across EUt+ to connect researchers, and provide comprehensive strategic, and forward-looking research support, fostering collaboration, enhancing research capacity, and promoting excellence. The Office’s main functions include:
- Developing and maintaining research profiles for CUT researchers to enhance visibility and foster collaboration opportunities,
- Identifying open funding calls that align with CUT researchers’ profiles and informing them,
- Supporting researchers in finding suitable partners within the EUt+ Alliance to foster collaboration,
- Supporting existing EUt+ Research Groups / Institutes and contributing to the creation of new ones,
- Assisting with the non-academic sections of research proposals,
- Mapping research activities across the Alliance, etc.
Through these activities, the ERO strengthens CUT’s research engagement within the EUt+ ecosystem and contributes to fostering a more connected, innovative, and competitive European Research Area.
