About the Robotics ERG

The EUt+ Robotics ERG brings together leading Robotics researchers and state-of-the-art infrastructure across the European University of Technology (EUt+) Alliance.  The ERG provides a platform for strengthening collaboration between EUt+ research teams, developing joint research capabilities, and creating new opportunities for research, innovation and knowledge exchange across the Alliance.

Building on the expertise of its participating universities, the Robotics ERG aims to foster cross-European collaboration in Robotics research and education, facilitate access to research infrastructure and expertise, and support the development of joint initiatives and project proposals. It also seeks to strengthen connections with industry and society and to create opportunities for the development of students and researchers through mobility, joint supervision, training and collaborative research activities.

Through these activities, the Robotics ERG aims to build a strong and connected EUt+ robotics research community and contribute to the Alliance’s long-term research and innovation goals.

Combining the complementary expertise of EUt+ partners to build strong, coordinated research capabilities in robotics, through joint proposals, integrated project portfolios, aligned thematic strengths and shared resources.

Cross-European Talent Development
Combining mobility, co-supervised research projects and interdisciplinary teams to train a new generation of roboticists and strengthen talent development across the Alliance.

Industry and Societal Impact
Engaging with manufacturing, healthcare, inspection and agricultural sectors to enhance productivity, reliability and sustainability, improve quality of life and support the adoption of robotics innovations.
